Search Results

Keyword(s) in Text Snippets

Use the one-box search to construct a search query from the Welcome Page.

From the results page, users will see their keyword(s) bold-faced in text snippets.

Refine Results

From the results page, user can filter search results by date, topic, location, title, and more.*

*Note: The filter options that are available may be different, depending on the type of content targeted by the search.

Sort Results

From any results page, users can sort results by:

  • Relevance
  • Volume date
  • Number of times cited by articles
  • Number of times accessed in a rolling 12-month period
  • Document title
  • Most-cited author

Miscellaneous Options

Other miscellaneous options can be found on a results page, including the ability to:

  • Modify your search
  • Search within results
  • Print the results page
  • Toggle all matching text pages
  • Turn on/off infinite scroll

Access Options

To the right of results, users can find various access options, including:

  • Download a PDF
  • Download options (including custom page range and QR code)
  • Email a PDF of a document
  • Bookmark a document using MyHein
  • ScholarCheck metrics
