Searching in common fields
Keywords (All fields)
- Input any terms you want to show up in the title, subject/country heading, author, or any other field for a universal search across all fields
Author
- Search by [Last Name] or [Last Name, First Initial.], e.g., Sanchez or Sanchez, P.
Article Title, Journal Title, Book Title
- Search for known items using their full or partial title
Subject/Country Heading
- Once you become familiar with the terms in the Subjects, Country Subject, and Region browse features, input those terms under the Subject/County Heading to search using those subjects
ISSN, ISBN, DOI, Country of Publication, Publication Year
- Search for known items using their assigned ISSN, ISBN, or DOI number, or known information about the item's country of publication or publication year
Language of article or review
- Input a language (in English) to search only articles/reviews in a particular language, e.g., Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, French, German
