Implementation Files

Implementation Files

The implementation files represent the research done by ACUS Committee members for each recommendation ultimately made by ACUS. These volumes collect Congressional hearings, newspaper clippings, articles, memos, court briefs, and various other document types on an issue under study by ACUS. Each file is unique.

Users can browse the Implementation Files Alphabetically by Title or by Index Term.

Two columns of text with book title alphabetically on left with corresponding volume number on right.

When viewing Alphabetically, users will see each title's corresponding recommendation number on the right-hand side of the screen. This recommendation number is made up of the year + number.

For example, Dispute Procedures in Federal Debt Collection is Rec. 87-9. This is recommendation #9 from 1987.
